A $3 million Commercial Office complex for 3 separate buildings. Photos of the other 2 coming soon.

This project shows that a lot can be done to save a building when is has NO rear of the building or a roof. Historic Tax credits were also taken care of as well.

A Historic Residential Renovation.

Vantage LLC provided Project Management for the rehab of a 6000 sq. ft. house in Lafayette Square. From design consulting for the kitchen, the design and coordination of construction project oversight, Vantage LLC helped to see the project to completion. Historic Tax credits were also taken care of as well.
